    All American Hearing has an exciting opportunity available for a Full-Time District Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Eden Prairie, MN!


    The District Marketing Coordinator will help the marketing team budget, plan, execute and measure all marketing and advertising efforts across designated Districts (offices) within the All American Hearing Network. This position will work on executing the marketing plans, schedules, creative and ensuring all campaigns have tracking measurements to help maximize the overall success of the organization. 


    •  Plan and execute advertising plans and schedule
      • Direct Mail coordination and scheduling
      • Newspaper display ad placements
    • Vendor/Suppliers relationship building
    • Office Management Software (OMS) use and compliance as it relates to all referral sources
      • Work within CRM to maximize our reporting efforts for all traditional advertising mediums
    • Maintain Data Packaging and Trend Analysis
      • CRM
      • Phone tracking
      • Data modeling  
    • Understand and Follow the marketing process while acting like an advertising agency
      • Budget, Plan, Execute, Measure and Review
    • Support All American Hearing Employee Corporate and/or Department Guidelines
    • React to change productively and handle other essential duties as assigned


    • Bachelor Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
    • 1-3 Years of experience in retail marketing preferred
    • Knowledge of computer tools
    • Knowledge of market analysis tools 
    • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
    • Ability to work and travel independently
    • Budget management and accountability
    • Microsoft InDesign (basic level) for designing requests
