    All American Hearing, a leader in providing quality hearing healthcare, is looking for a caring, dedicated and motivated Professional who is interested in changing lives through hearing. Qualified candidates will be supported in their jpurney to become a licensed hearing professional.


    The Hearing Aid Specialist Trainee will complete the requisite state requirements for a permanent Hearing Aid Dispensing license, and wil treat and fit patients as described in the All American Hearing (AAH) Patient Journey.  The Trainee will learn all aspects of hearing aid sales and fittings, including product knowledge, testing, diagnosis of hearing loss,  and sales of hearing products and accessories, patient counseling and aural rehabilitation.  They will also be trained and prepared to provide services to patients remotely through AAH’s TeleHear program. 


    In this program, the trainee will be assigned to a sponsor who will provide the supervision needed for licensing. Trainees will receive additional training via job shadowing of other practitioners which may include travel to other locations.  Study materials, testing fees, and travel arrangements will be paid by the Company.  


    Candidates will provide the Patient Journey Experience through counseling and instruction, learn fitting of hearing aids and accessories, train with a Specialist or Audiologist on difficult fittings, learn tactics and styles of hearing aid sales and accessories, train and work with patients via TeleHear and will provide hearing Aid Service and Repair.


    1. Education: High school/college degree preferred or equivalent work history in a healthcare or technical field.  Bachelor’s in Speech and Hearing Sciences/Communication Disorders ideal.
    2. 1+ years of Sales experience preferred and/or background in medical or hearing aid industry.
    3. Ability to organize and execute a plan
    4. Good problem solving, analytical abilities, verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
    5. Comfortable working with online computer systems and programs
    6. Public speaking experience and training
