The Telephone Support Representative is responsible for the marketing support for the hearing health care retail site. This position is the first point of contact via telephone with patients. The TSR is responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient journey experience. This position supports the hearing healthcare provider by preforming a variety of duties including; providing great customer service, qualifying appointments, assisting with sales, marketing, and operations.
Responsibilities include providing top notch customer service, place 100+ outgoing calls per day, convert calls into qualified appointments, enter appointments into scheduling software, appointment confirmations, maintain lead system and help to build practice through patient contact and outreach.
