  • Overview

    Call Center Representative for our Glencoe, Minnesota office. This position will play a key role in answering patient calls, booking appointments, making outbound calls, and providing superior customer service.


    The Call Center Representative is responsible for providing a high level of customer service to patients through the AAH Call Center.  The Call Center Representative is responsible for creating a positive first impression and providing a quality patient journey experience. This position will answer inbound calls, make outbound calls for lead follow up, and support the fulfillment of consumer leads.  The ability to work well as part of a team, including exhibit objectivity, be open-minded towards the ideas and views of others, give as well as take feedback, and contribute to building team spirit is key to success in this position.


    • High School degree preferred or equivalent work history
    • Background and knowledge of telemarketing experience preferred
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, be adept in using search tools, browsers and also email features; attaching files to correspondence, utilizing tracking and management features, including familiarity of CRM solutions
    • Ability to organize and multitask between patients, phone and computer
    • Good problem solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required
    • A sound knowledge of telephone etiquette with a pleasant and friendly attitude
    • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
    • High level of motivation
