All American Hearing is looking to add a dynamic, strategic, and hard working District Marketing Manager to the team! The District Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the marketing efforts in a designated retail territory of All American Hearing. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent strategic thinking vision and marketing experience including marketing budgeting, planning, measurement and execution designed to drive our offices forward. A collaborative attitude is critical to success in this position, as it will require continued integration and contact with marketing specialists, regional managers, regional directors and other leaders within the organization.


  1. Advance the marketing process for each office under your dedicated territory by delivering strategic integrated marketing campaigns, using both digital and traditional strategies to maximize the sales output
  2. Understand industry marketing practices, identify new opportunities and advance retail marketing concepts that support our offices and build our brand
  3. Strategic planning with the Regional Director to deliver and maximize the marketing budget based on yearly revenue goal.
  4. Monitor and review weekly/monthly the marketing results of the plan to maximize performance for continued growth
  5. Oversee the execution of the marketing process by driving the monthly goals for achievement
  6. Drive the overall marketing process; budgeting, execution, measurement and opportunities


  • 4-year college degree in Marketing, Business or related field
  • 4 or more years of progressive experience in retail marketing required
    • Work experience in a fast-paced sales environment preferred
  • Experience working directly with leaders and decision makers is required
  • Knowledge of market analysis tools required.
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English required
  • Ability to work and travel independently required, travel approximately 15-25%; limited evening and weekend work is probable
  • Budget management and accountability required
  • Microsoft InDesign (basic level) for designing requirements
